Kenyan Bishop Provokes debate over contraception and public health

A Catholic Bishop in Kenya has cited acute shortage of priest in the country and following this shortage the longstanding ban imposed by the Vatican on artificial reforms on family planning sparked a larger debate about poverty and family size. He said that the Christian must have more children and should not be afraid of the economy.
